Guidelines for ordering printed materials

Before ordering a successful print job, it's important to clearly understand your goal and target audience. Depending on the target group -- whether male, female, or child -- you should consider the print's connection to social media, for example by adding QR codes. For older people, the solidity and appearance of the print material is particularly important.

Different designs suit different target groups: women often prefer more colors, while for men a more subtle design might be suitable, such as black-gold or black-silver.

It's important to define the purpose of the print. Is it a company introduction flyer, business card, or gift card? The information content and design of the print should match its purpose, and you should also consider whether the print is single or double-sided. For flyers, a larger quantity is recommended so they can be widely distributed.

For gift and discount cards, it's important to establish terms of use and ensure security to prevent counterfeiting. All prints should contain at least one security element. A reasonable minimum quantity is 100 copies, which is also an environmentally friendly approach. Learn more about our printing and design options.

The choice of materials and printing method depends on the type and quantity of the print. Screen printing, digital printing, and offset printing are common options. When quantities exceed 500 pieces, offset printing becomes more cost-effective.

After considering these aspects, placing an order is within reach. The only things that still need attention are preparing the print file and the price.
