Textured Lamination

Textured lamination protects your printed materials while adding a tactile dimension.

What is Textured Lamination?

Textured lamination is primarily manufactured using an impression method, where patterns resembling fabric, wood, leather, etc. are pressed into the laminate surface.

The exception is the sand texture pattern, which is not achieved through the impression method.

Textured lamination is primarily used on packaging, book covers, and magazine covers. Usually, textured lamination makes the printed piece so attractive on its own that no additional printing effects are added (except for sand-textured lamination). For sand-textured lamination, UV spot varnish alone is typically sufficient.
