What is 3D Spot UV Varnish?
3D spot UV varnish is one of the only special effects in our portfolio with which it's possible to produce even a single sample. In cooperation with digital printing, it's possible to create a demonstration sample of packaging or any printed material.
The robotic line scans each sheet entering the machine, which is a first-time opportunity to use digital printing, which is known to have 0.5-3mm of fluctuation. Before starting to print, the robotic line positions the digital print image and applies the varnish 100% in the right place.
