How is Sticker Pricing Determined?
The cost of a sticker depends on several factors that together determine the final price. Let's start with the most basic options - paper stickers, which have a lifespan until their intended purpose is fulfilled. More durable but still cost-effective are the so-called trade show sticker materials, designed to last up to six months.
As durability requirements increase, so does the price. We offer stickers designed to last one year, two years, or even up to ten years. The longer a sticker needs to withstand environmental conditions, the higher the quality and cost of materials required.
Adhesive strength also impacts pricing. Stickers that need to be easily removable are generally more affordable than those requiring strong adhesion to break open packaging.
The printing process is another major cost factor, representing a significant portion of the total price. We offer two main production methods: digital and screen printing. Digital printing is the preferred choice for short-run and medium-run orders.
When CMYK color printing is needed and screen printing isn't suitable, digital printing becomes the necessary option. Screen printing is ideal for those requiring weather-resistant and UV-resistant solutions that must withstand outdoor conditions.
Beyond providing a unique and easily cleanable surface, screen printing technology enables special effects. These include dark-glowing varnish (luminescent), silver-effect varnish (fluorescent), and various gold and silver effects.
